RETURNS POLICY
We only accept returns on purchases that are not customised. Customised purchases include but are not li bandanas with your pets name on, all custom orders, and all hoodies. This is because we cannot resell anything that is personalised to your or your pet.

You cannot return anything that has been used, washed, or damaged in any way.

You can return an order after 14 days of purchase, if those 14 days have passed then you are not eligible to return your order.

We do not accept any returns on sale items, or exchanges.

Please contact us for a return address. When returning items please leave a note in the parcel with your name, address, and order number.

We cannot refund any shipping costs and once returning an item it is up to you to pay for the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery as if your parcel gets lost or does not arrive to us, we cannot refund you or be held responsible.

Our refunding process will start once we have received the package and ensured it meets our policy. If you're eligible, we will send you an email once we have processed your refund.
