Our handmade and hand printed products are all made to order. This means that it takes time to create your order and make it perfect. Our current turnaround is 5-7 business days.

Once we ship your order we will send you an email notifying you of this and your excitement can begin!

 

If your parcel is late please be patient. If it does not arrive within 10 days after dispatch (UK) or 20 days (international) then contact us and we will follow this up for you.

UK POSTAGE - We offer both 1st and 2nd Class shipping for UK orders as well as 24 hour Tracked Delivery. We recommend choosing Tracked delivery as we are able to track your parcel. We will not be able to track your parcel if it is sent with 1st or 2nd Class postage.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - We offer Standard shipping as well as Tracked shipping. We recommend choosing Tracked delivery as we are able to track your parcel overseas. We will not be able to track your parcel if it is sent with Standard shipping.
